Update:

I have promoted this guaranteed product before and many people have taken advantage of it … thank you for the vote of confidence.

I just checked again to make sure and yes, indeed, my memory serves correctly … not a single person has requested a refund since I first started selling this product back in October 2009 … See If A Single Mom Makes Money Like This, Why Don’t You? …  that means to me that the value is there, since refund through ClickBank are prompt and courteous.

My Online Income System – 60 Day 100% guaranteed Refund – Zero Risk

I noted today that Kim has some new specials available on this 100% guranteed to wrk or money cheerfully refunded product, so for those of you who haven’t yet taken a look, I invite you to now.

Remember:

You have as much as you want to gain, and absolutely zero to lose if you feel this offer is not your cup of tea … so whhat are you waiting for?  I can personally guarantee that if yu do nothing, you will get absolutely no where.  Try “doing something” and see if this is “it”.

My Online Income System – 60 Day 100% guaranteed Refund – Zero Risk

I just had a mail delivery come in that included an envelope from my son.  It contained yet another ClickBank check, almost all comprised of earning driven directly buy Kim Hoffman’s  My Online Income system.  For a number of reasons these checks go to my son’s house .. he handles some of my mail for me without complaint and rarely takes notice, but when he called to tell me this latest check had come in he started by commenting, “Wow, this is a handsome check, Dad.”

Yep, he’s right.  When I started promoting this product via ClickBank I was really surprised at the results.  I’m also very pleasantly surprised at the lack of returns/dis-satisfied customers.  People who buy the product have a full 60 days to try everything out and they can return at any time within those 60 days for a full and polite refund.  Zero risk.

But I’ve promoted other products before, and some seem to attract what you might call “serial refunders”.  They buy, “suck out the goodness” and then demand a refund.  Nothing really you can do about that, it’s just one aspect of human behavior.

But if I have learned one thing over the years, it is that quality products that over deliver as Kim’s My Online Income System does seldom suffer from the “refund-a-holics”.  This is a quality product, and if you try it I don’t think you will feel like returning it for refund either … even though you can.  I think you will be more interested in making money, paying your bills, and yes, having that little sense of pride when your son or your spouse or someone else close to you says, “Wow, that’s a handsome check”.

Kim gets her paychecks.  I get mine.  What are you waiting for … another useless government stimulus package?

Did you get you $250.00 stimulus package earlier this year?>  What did you spend it on and what is it doing for you?  Kim’s key to success costs way less than that useless government check and you’ll make money with it instead of paying even more taxes to balance the national debt.  Recommended.

You really should read this lady’s story.

I am always on the look out for success stories and I love to see average people make it big on the internet, making real, believable money as in this case where her online activities are the difference between raising her son comfortably and living in poverty …

I never thought I would come across a struggling single mother who went from waitressing, living paycheck to paycheck to now earning $500+ daily online!

————————————–
Kim Hoffman
————————————–

Kim and Ryan Hoffman - My Online Income System - 60 Day 100% guaranteed Refund - Zero Risk After digging deeper into this system and talking with quite a few of the members of her program, people are doing VERY WELL with her course…

By VERY WELL I mean making an additional $150-$250 a day while at work or sitting around the house…

and…

The system is laid out in a 60-Day no-fail action plan that tells you exactly what to do each and every day!

There is no other course out there like it. Usually these programs will give you a boring eBook that only leaves you confused but this course literally holds your hand and forces you to succeed.

Update:  Since I first published just one blog post recommending this system near the end of June, 2009, orders have come in … and so far, no refunds (very rare with some of these products, the main reason I promote very few of them.  People vote with their feet .. or their Credit Cards.  I believe this program has value.

Go now to:

My Online Income System – 60 Day 100% guaranteed Refund – Zero Risk

Let me tell you this. As you know, my staff and I write regularly here with mainly “How To” sorts of articles.  I promote very few products … and you don’t get those breathless emails from me, 5 or 10 or 20 a week urging you to buy this or buy that.  This one is special or you wouldn’t see me devoting the editorial space to it.  Plus, the basic method she is using is dead simple and anyone can do it … she sells real products to real people and guides them .. no high tech pie in the sky, not ‘trick Google into sending you millions’ and all those other schlock offers you are so bored with.

Take a close look and evaluate this for yourself.  But just do me one favor.  Don’t send me an email later that you couldn’t get in because you didn’t take action. This is one of those things that you just need to take advantage of right away or be left out. Why aren’t YOU making money online when so many others are?  Taking action is the difference.  It’s up to you…

Update:  I also believe there will never be a better time to get started on something.  My online sales, my income from advertising and other online ventures are UP.  Readership and visitors to my websites are UP. Can you say the same about your salary, your retirement pension or your chances of still being on a paying job next year?  This program costs less than $50, and is proven to work … if you take action and follow it, of course.  It’s honest and it is doable by anyone who found his or her way here to read these words.  It is possible, after you try it .. I mean try it, don’t think about trying it, that it does not suit you.  So what, your money isn’t wasted and I assure you 100% you will have valuable knowledge from putting yourself in gear and trying it out.  So, will you sit and read some more blogs about success, whishing and hoping? Or will you Go Now to:

My Online Income System – 60 Day 100% guaranteed Refund – Zero Risk

Figured out the answer yet?  Easy.  She did something, you are still sitting, reading and “thinking” about doing something.  A year from now, will you still be sitting, thinking and “wishing”?

Another “Worst Practice” Privacy Invasion

Do you believe it when the Federal government says they aren’t reading your mail?  I don’t.  Now, the British have just as much to fear:

Lord West told Parliament on Monday that civil servants working on the Interception Modernisation Programme (IMP) were considering how Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) equipment "might support the lawful interception of communications and separately the lawful acquisition of communications data".

It’s the first time the government has publicly acknowledged its interest in DPI equipment. A delayed Home Office consultation on IMP is due to be launched "shortly", West said.

This in turn would facilitate the second aim of the system, the interception of the content of internet communications. As now, this would require a warrant under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA), but each wiretap would be much easier to implement.

West’s comments confirm our sources’ information that officials are considering a network of DPI probes inside the UK internet and telecoms infrastructure that could fulfil each ambition. The equipment can monitor everything in each data packet passing its location in the network, allowing both "the lawful acquisition of communications data" and the "the lawful interception of communications".

The hardware would be much the same as that Phorm plans to use in its ISP-level targeted advertising system, albeit on a far grander scale. Leaked estimates have put the cost of a ubiquitous DPI network and central database at £12bn. DPI would account for the lion’s share of that figure. The two controversial systems have both arisen out of rapid advancements in chip and network technology that have made monitoring IP networks at line speed feasible, however.

That development of surveillance power in the last decade is illustrated by a letter to the editor of The Guardian by then-National Criminal Intelligence Service Director General John Abbott, in 2000.

He wrote: "Conspiracy theorists must not be allowed to get away with the ridiculous notion that law enforcement would or even could monitor all emails. The intelligence agencies have neither the inclination nor the resources, nor the legal ability to monitor the massive amounts of electronic communications that flow through the UK every day.

"It does not happen with letters or telephones and it will not with emails."

Nine years later, the DPI equipment being considered by the government would allow exactly that.

When you vote, think hard about who you are voting for.  And when you speak, be very careful what you say.  It isn’t “conspiracy theory”  as John Abbott tried to suggest, it is now reality.

You See Why You Have to Check?

There are dpzens and dozens of reports just like this one on www.badbadteachers.com  theachers preying on both male and female students and at least 70% of the time evidence is found on the child’s cell phone or computer.  As the parent or gurdian it is up to you … the authorities only come into the picture after the damage is done:

(09/11/08 – Initial BBT Report)

Stephanie Diane Harris, 27, a former teacher at Marble City Schools
in Marble City, Oklahoma has been arrested on allegations that she had
a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old male student.

Stephanie Diane Harris

The alleged victim has told investigators that Harris began text
messaging him during the month of June. The boy says that on June 24th
Harris text messaged the boy, asking him if he would have sex with her.
The boy reportedly agreed and began walking down the road. It is
alleged that Harris picked him up and took him to her residence where
it is alleged they had sex. Allegedly after the sexual encounter Harris
took the boy back to Marble City and let him out of the vehicle to walk
home.

It is further alleged that between June and August, Harris sent the
boy five photographs of herself in a text message. Allegedly the photos
were of Harris’ vaginal area, her nude breasts, and one of her breasts
while wearing a bra or bathing suit top. Additionally it is alleged
that Harris sent the boy text messages which were sexual in nature.

Reportedly Harris asked the boy to send photographs of his genitals, which he has told investigators that he did….

Just A few Ways They Snoop

You can find a lot more at: filesland.com  And when you see how many of these tools and toys are listed publicly just think how many might be out there clandestinely.

And you don’t think you need protection?

Unlogger

The only way to protect yourself from keyloggers is to prevent them

Chester The Molester arrested after girl takes his picture

Should your child have a cell phone?  Well here’s one reason that5 might suggest they should.  Thus one may have prevented a child from being abducted.

Mohammed Al Hamdani, 39, was taken into custody after an
11-year-old girl snapped a photo of a man with her cell phone who was
allegedly trying to abduct her at Bible Park in southeast Denver.

It was unclear from a Denver Police Department press release whether the photo led to the arrest of the man.

The 11-year-old girl told police a man approached her at the park and asked her to get in his car, MyFOXColorado.com reported.

She said no, snapped a picture of the man with her cell phone and ran away from him, according to the TV station.

Thar she whistleblows!

Ha!  I’ve been writing about this for some time.  Apparently the ALCU, never one for caring much about military folks or especially that weird category of civilians who work for the military … not military members and not civilian contractors, neither fish nor fowl … has decided we (I’m a former governement employee, retired from the world of being unprotected under both civil and military law) have some rights too.

The informaton from actual NSA (National Security Agency) operatives is chuilling tosay the elast.  Read the excerpted article and then ask yourself, seriously, is this the America you really want?

Both current presidential candidates say they are about change … I hope so.

Two former NSA intercept operators have sparked a firestorm of discussion over the past week thanks to their whistleblowing accounts
of the routine eavesdropping that targeted innocent military personnel
and humanitarian aid workers overseas. But civil libertarians hoping
that the story will prove a game-changing bombshell in the fight over
warrantless surveillance may want to dial-down their expectations. As
even the ACLU acknowledges, the eavesdropping described in these
reports is only indirectly related to President Bush’s now-infamous
“Terrorist Surveillance Program,” and is unlikely to have violated the
existing FISA law…. Read more about how Bush considers even your most intimate conversatons ‘fair game’ … anything and everyhting in the name of “security” … sigh

And You Think This Is Only Going On in China?

I’ve worked with Canadians in a technical and business capacity for many years.  In some ways I feel I know the pulse of our northern neighbors better than most.  But still I am often surprised by how a people so educated and intelligent can appear so naive’

… Companies hoping to dial up international business with China may have yet another reason to think twice about privacy concerns, following new revelations that the Communist country has been spying on Skype-based phone calls and text messages.

Citizen Lab, a University of Toronto-based security and human rights research group, partnered with several other international agencies to release a report this week detailing flaws within TOM-Skype, the Chinese version of the popular Internet protocol (IP) communications company. The company has apparently been monitoring personal information generated by phone calls, focusing on keywords in messages and storing all text messages on publicly accessible servers that were discovered by Citizen Lab. … full article on Chinese eavesdropping

Just what the heck makes these Canadian researchers think that the exact same thing, on a much larger scale, is not going on, right now, in our own countries.

China spies.  wow.  Big news.  What about the Internet spying that Washington and Ottawa are conducting this very minute, as we speak … or surf.  wake up, dudes and focus closer to home … it is certainly not only China who boldly invades its own citizen’s privacy.

Another Indication The Terrorists Have Won

I wonder how long we Americans will continue to put up with lies, falsehoods and government-sanctioned “nanny programs” designed to ‘protect us from ourselves’?  I also wonder how many people reading this may have actually read the Constitution of the United States of America.  Very few, I will wager…

Comcast’s move to limit its broadband customers’ throughput to 250GB per month starting in October might anger those who want unlimited access, but it’s actually good for privacy. Because the cap applies to all traffic equally, it doesn’t require that Comcast snoop for particular types of application data. Contrast that with its previous (and initially undisclosed) practice of interfering with peer-to-peer traffic (in an effort to limit customers’ downloading of huge, bandwidth-hogging files). The ISP says less than 1 percent of customers will be affected.

Of course, there’s nothing to stop broadband companies from snooping in other ways. AT&T, for example, said earlier this year that it’s investigating ways to dig deep into its customers’ Internet traffic in search of copyrighted material, according to the New York Times. Meanwhile, AT&T is still getting flack because of its alleged spying on Internet traffic for the National Security Administration, without warrants. Read more about this effort to further take away our freedoms here.

So You Don’t Think Parents Should Snoop

A Clark Middle/High School band teacher pleaded not guilty Monday in Lake Criminal Court to charges alleging he had sex with one of his eighth-grade students.
James Ciammetti, 41, was charged Friday with five felonies — two counts of child molesting, two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and one count of child solicitation. He is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl at the Hammond school.
Police have said Ciammetti and the girl had sex multiple times on school grounds during the course of a 10-month relationship.
The Oak Lawn, Ill., man’s alleged activities were discovered by the girl’s father, who was using a computer program that tracks his children’s activities on the family’s computers, court records allege.
Ciammetti and the 14-year-old girl had traded more than 1,100 e-mails, most sexual or obscene in nature, More

no, they won’t tell you … and you won’t know … unless you use some of the special tools available to parents who care.  This girl wanted the relationship and kept it hidden.  It’s up to parents to be on the alert because this case is hardly unique.  Under the law, older men and women, often teachers, are under the law guilty of "Preying upon" children.  But this isn’t forcible rape in some back alley.  To the participants, it doesn’t seem like "preying".  It seems like a love affair, often something really "special" and the children involved often go to great lengths to keep it hidden.

The kids have a need to act out, the perverted adults are there to accommodate them, and the parents never even has a clue.  How many filth emails does your daughter send out each day?

I’ve Been telling You and Telling You …

Exclusive: Widespread cell phone location snooping by NSA?

Posted by Chris Soghoian

If you thought that the National Security Agency’s warrantless wiretapping was limited to AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, think again.

While these household names of the telecom industry almost certainly helped the government to illegally snoop on their customers, statements by a number of legal experts suggest that collaboration with the NSA may run far deeper into the wireless phone industry. With over 3,000 wireless companies operating in the United States, the majority of industry-aided snooping likely occurs under the radar, with the dirty-work being handled by companies that most consumers have never heard of.

A recent article in the London Review of Books revealed that a number of private companies now sell off-the-shelf data-mining solutions to government spies interested in analyzing mobile-phone calling records and real-time location information. These companies include ThorpeGlen, VASTech, Kommlabs, and Aqsacom–all of which sell "passive probing" data-mining services to governments around the world.  Rest of NSA cell phone location article here.

I’ve been telling you folks this.  Again and again.  The cell phone companies can auto-locate every single cell phone even if you don’t place a call.  It’s a function of the way the cellular network is designed.  This means all cell phones, not just those with GPS.

Since 9-11 the NSA has just pressed their intelligence-gathering throttle to the floor.  No need to have a reason to suspect, no need to use the non-secret legal system, monitor everyone and figure out later who actually deserved to be tracked.  A license to steal, and they have it.

And you think the terrorists haven’t won>

We’re Not Guilty, We Didn’t Provide Any Snoop Software After All

This is a news article that almost meets the criteria of "dog bites man".  A Snooping software company making it’s software less invasive, not because the law forced them to, but because they have a conscience.  But I really recommend you read the complete survey on the snooping software market and legality article, it’s interesting.

Mr. Eaton is the founder of TrueActive, which makes a computer program that buyers can install on a Rick Eaton target computer and monitor everything that the machine’s user does on the PC.

Spying with software has been around for several years but Mr. Eaton decided that one new feature in his program crossed a line between monitoring and snooping.

That feature is called "silent deploy," which allows the buyer to place the program on someone else’s computer secretly via e-mail, without having physical access to the machine. To Mr. Eaton, that constituted an invitation to install unethical and even illegal wiretaps. He made the change, he said, "so we could live with ourselves." …

… Law enforcement officials seem to agree. According to Chris Johnson, a federal prosecutor in Los Angeles, the F.B.I. recently began an investigation in California into the maker of one program, LoverSpy, that advertises heavily via junk e-mail, or spam….

But at least one program, he said, may not pose a real threat — of spying, at least. Mr. Gordon said that his company’s security researchers, working with the Justice Department, were unable to find any actual working software that could be downloaded from the LoverSpy site after paying the fee.

He seemed less than stunned by the notion that a product advertised via spam might not be all that it was claimed to be. "You can’t be all that surprised," he said.

They claim a defense against slander is the truth.  I guess a defense against invasive spyware is to advertise it, charge for it, and then not supply it?  Kind of like selling cigarettes to minors and then it turns out the pack is empty ;-)

Some People Would Be Better Off — The Internet, That Is.

It’s Friday am here at blog central and I note that a lot of my posts have been kind of serious and dry.  Since the Republicans have just about finished boring St. Paul to death and will be leaving town soon, like dust in the wind, I thought I would give a few of you a little humor for the weekend.

Here’s a typical member off the "base".  A self-proclaimed "housewife" … geez people get all riled up about same sex marriage and yet they allow women to cohabit with houses?  Talk about having no pride in yourself whatsoever….

Anyway, this lady apparently put up a web site.  Many of us do.  Then, she discovered that, wow, different companies for various reasons send ‘bots’ to search web sites.  In this case she apparently got her knickers in a knot because the bot apparently is searching for illegal use of brand names.

Welcome to the real world, "Toots".  If you put a web site online it is going to be searched … that’s a function of how the ‘Net operates and you opted in by going online.  Can you control who visits and what parts of your site they visit?  yes …unless they are the Federal Government who watches even what pages research and what library books you read, but hey, that’s to protect us in the current "phony war", isn’t it?

Anyway, even Republicans should learn what 20 year-ld technology (the Internet) is before they put up a public website.  Perhaps I should give out her URL and IP address and phone number, but she already does on her site.

“I caught your bot snooping around my site and I don’t appreciate your spying attempt. I will block any such attempts to snoop in the future by any means necessary. If you vampires have a problem with my site then come to me directly! I will address any legitimate Copyright or IP concerns IMMEDIATELY. Any material found on xxxxxx in violation any kind of US Copyright law will be immediately REMOVED!”

Chill, Jen, God I am glad I am not your husband or one of your children … do you know how much anger and vitriol shortens your life span?  If you don’t want people searching your site, then you need to take it out of the public domain .. that’s the first rule of learning what’s happening in snooping.

What is a FISA and Why Do You Care

Welcome, fellow agents of foreign governments.  It’s a lovely morning here as I type this … how’s the weather where you are?

I don’t know where you are, but there’s a good chance Uncle Sam knows where you are and who you are typing to and even whose blog you read.

What’s that you say, you are not an agent of a foreign power?  Well you may not be, but then again, any person in the US government who wishes to believe you are can ‘tag’ you with that label and you will never know about it and have no right to protest it.  Ever email someone in China?  Got a girlfriend in the Philippines?  Checked out manga sites in Japan?  yep, that would be more than enough excuse for the US government to force your Internet Service provider to give them complete, anonymous access to records of every email and every page you have ever surfed.  Scary.  What gives them that right?

FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act  of 1978)  1978?  Man, that was 30 years ago!  Are you insane, Scoop?  This can’t possibly apply to us today, on the Internet, can it?  there wasn’t even an Internet in 1978.

Correct, there was no public access ‘Net anything like we know it today, but FISA doesn’t really care.  FISA, in application, is a law that allows the government to essentially snoop on its citizens with blanket impunity.  You know how when you watch a crime show in TV the law enforcement folks have to be ever so careful about warrants … especially about getting court permission to wiretap?  Probable cause and all that sort of thing?  Well, FISA exempts telecommunication providers from following the law.  It allows them to turn over every piece of information the government asks for, regardless of probably cause.

There is a court procedure required … but it comes from a special impendent court system, the FISA curt.  Never heard of it?  That’s because it’s secret!  Why would an American citizen have access to court records about himself, eh?  He or she must be up to no good if they want to be notified, ergo, we, the ever-infallible government will just do as we want and keep the procedures secret.

I don’t know about you, but here the sun just went behind a crowd.  I’m pretty sure this post will be picked up by the NSA or someone else snooping on me … hope they have a good time reading it.

In addition to the Wikipedia link, there is some really great info on the FISA at K.M. Henry’s site to read more about your Civil Rights And Bible Prophecy.

“We Are Not Big Brother, Yet”

Ever see a "throw away" quote in an otherwise mundane news article that you feel should just be broadcast to the world so that people could see just how far we have gone along the track of totally giving up our personal freedoms in the name of "Anti-terrorism"?

I came across this article this morning … a municipal council (city government) in England is invoking their anti-terrorism powers to monitor people’s lives to make sure they don’t claim some obscure tax discount, or even to prove they aren’t lying about living within a specific school’s "catchment area".  ( a reference to school attendance districts).  High risk activities to monitor indeed.

Think about how the folks you elect to office are planning to use their anti-terrorism powers to monitor you. Not some mythical Muslim extremist, but little old you.

Council used terror powers to spy on cheats

By Jon Austin »

BASILDON Council has used powers introduced to track terrorists to spy on 156 residents, the Echo can reveal.

Council bosses have defended the specialised surveillance operations, 148 of which focused on suspected benefits cheats. The council refused to be specific about what the eight other residents, who were secretly monitored, were thought to be doing.

But it admitted investigating flytipping (I had to look it up: a British term for illegally dumping waste somewhere other than an authorised landfill) offences, antisocial behaviour and environmental health issues.

The figures were released to the Echo following a Freedom of Information Act request.

Tony Ball, deputy council leader, said most cases involved video surveillance. People were tracked on a daily basis.

Mr Ball is “99 per cent” certain the authority has not used an extra EU directive, introduced in 2005, which allows councils to snoop on people’s e-mail and phone records.

He said: “It is very important to protect the public purse.

“Benefit fraudsters are cheating everyone and I make no apology for using the power in these circumstances.

“I am sure most people will see this as justified.  (submit for the greater good)

“We are not interested in using the Act to look into people’s bins or for other minor stuff like some councils have.

“Everyone is entitled to a private life and it is not for the Government and councils to pry into this.

“We are not Big Brother yet.” … full article on the abuse of anti-terrorist powers is here.

Maybe not yet, but the path is certainly clear.  Scary.

COFEE – "Computer Online Forensic Evidence Extractor"

Wake up and smell the cofee, folks.  I am all for catching child molesters.  I an not for police agencies spending their time sitting around masquerading as underage girls on line.  I am also not in favor of giving agencies tools to let them sit at their desks and snoop computers at will, "looking" for evidence.  This is sad, and a true example of how the 9-11 terrorists were really extremely successful … at the cost of 19 lives (on their side) they complete changed the way our once proud country operates, and pissed on the US Constitution.

Microsoft is now talking about COFEE, a tool they have released to some law enforcement agencies to let them take a look at Windows computer in a faster, less intrusive way that’s easy to use. COFEE stands for "Computer Online Forensic Evidence Extractor" and details about what it can do are thin on the ground. That’s understandable from a law enforcement perspective but when you combine a lack of hard facts to a distrust of Microsoft and some government agencies you get plenty of rumor, guesswork and outright paranoia all across the Internet. Office Watch has the whole story:
    http://www.wservernews.com/H0SLDC/080512-COFEE

You know, I live, by choice, outside the US.  I often wonder at the strangely paranoid fears many of many ‘within the US’ friends express to me about the dangers and uncertainties of my lifestyle.  Then I see how my fellow Americans are bending over and knuckling \under to completely unconstitutional invasive techniques such as COFEE and the almost un-mentioned Carnivore, and I see that those friends aren’t acting like wimps because of their lack of knowledge of other countries .. they are wimps.  What happened, America?  Grow some balls!

Should A Wife Track Her Husband?

abused girl As I have mentioned a number of times, a semi-depressing fact of life with this blog is the number of searched that I get regarding the defeating of GPS tracking, the legalities … grasping at straws to find ways to make GPS tracking of vehicles on public highways illegal … and handwriting about the rights of privacy of employees who don’t chose to do their jobs or spouses who feel that their vows of fidelity mean nothing.

Here’s a sad story that puts privacy into a strong light.  Properly used it could have saved an innocent young girl’s life.  As is, it at least trapped her murderer.

All readers, of course, are privileged to hold you own views and beliefs, but I urge you to read this report in full and think through exactly who had their privacy violated here, and why the suspect would have truly justified his supposed ‘right to privacy’?

What appeared to be a tragic accident in the early hours of July 8th,
2007, turned into possible murder as the LandAirSea GPS Tracking Key
provided unprecedented evidence for the Chenango County Sheriff’s
Department. George Ford Jr., 42, of Piscataway, N.J., told police he was
taking their babysitter, 12-year old Shyanne Somers, home the night of July
7th but took a detour to show her some horses. He then claimed that he
accidentally ran her over as he turned his truck around on a rural road in
    central New York.

Chenango County Sheriff Thomas Loughren said that Ford’s routes of
travel, times and speed were all recorded by the LandAirSea
(http://www.landairsea.com) GPS Tracking Key that Ford’s wife had installed
a few days earlier because she suspected he was having an affair. "Wherever
he drove; the locations, the roads, the times, the speed — it’s all in
there," Loughren said in an interview…. full report here.

If you have any suspicion about a loved one or partner … think of this … at least the woman won’t spend the rest of her life with a murderer and likely child molester.

Let me add one point from the other side of this situation.  If I had occasion to transport young girls, with no other adult along, I personally would love to have a GPS on my vehicle.  It just provides a much better level of safety, either for the children, or for the driver who could, after all, be the victim of suspicion that is unfounded.  But if an older man and a 12 you girl were to go missing in the year 2008, how long do you think it would be before the word "pedophile" or ‘child abuser’ came to the forefront … and whose word would be believed, hmm?

What Part Of Our So-Called Airport Security Makes Sense?

Just a little mild commentary today … I’m a bit busy living the life of a real-world person … yes, there is a life without Internet, for those of you who have forgotten..

I regularly read the blog of a fellow pilot (pretty big stretch, since I am an inactive amateur and he’s a very experienced active airline pilot, but we both have seen and done many of the same things…).  Here’s a piece from Dave’s blog almost 4 years ago:

    California Shuffle

My day started out with humor. My young co-pilot set off the alarm (twice) at the T.S.A. airport security check point in Las Vegas. I knew that he would because of the amount of metal in his hat, shoes and watch, but I didn’t say anything. He was certain that he could make it through the magnatometer successfully. He didn’t and they, the T.S.A., stuck a probe up his butt looking for a pair of scissors or a pocket knife. Hold it a minute…let’s think about this…the government takes our pocket knives away, but they let us command an aircraft later…oops! I forgot; it is the zero tolerance policy. If an airline pilot questions this stupidity, that individual will be led away in handcuffs as a possible security threat. Can you say "public education?" It is embarrassing for our country. Our society is being dumbed down. Want another example? In Philadelphia, recently, I witnessed a Muslim woman ( wearing traditional Muslim clothing ) operating a security checkpoint’s x-ray machine. The middle aged T.S.A. supervisor was twenty feet away reading a magazine. What’s the problem, you say? Well, for starters, the terrorists involved with the Madrid train incident were embedded and trusted members of Spanish society. Uh oh…

Tell me what, if anything, you think has changed for the better?  Public Reeducation indeed.

I’m not often morbid or even sad at being older and ever nearer the end of my existence in this world … but I do suffer a pang of regret at thinking I won’t be around long enough to witness the lens of history clarifying the stature of the current administration … into what (I hope) will prove to be the most damaging to the constitution and our personal freedoms, ever.

In reality, though, I doubt that will happen, since so much of our personal freedoms … and our national intellect (watch "Jaywalking" a few times if you think I’m an alarmist) is so far gone that those who came after me … the post-boomers, post-’Nam generation are never even going to have a clue as to how life in the US once was.  Sad.

    Are You A True Patriot?

If I were re-born as "czar of the US" for just a day… (don’t worry Shrub …  I mean Mr. Bush, it’s only a figure of speech … I would herd the president, in particular his non-elected and strange-minded staff, and every member of the legislature into a huge assembly hall and make them take a lecture on the Constitution of our country …with a required passing grade on a quiz at the end before releasing them.  Most would need to sit through several repeats before they "got" the message.

The single unique thing that made the US grow from a bunch of ner-do-well dirt farmers to the strongest country on earth was and is the US Constitution.  Now, because of 19 Saudi Arabian terrorists we seem to have completely lost site of that valued document and most importantly its meaning.

… The amount of data which the Federal Government now collects and stores regarding the behavior of innocent American citizens is truly staggering. It is just literally true that the Government now maintains sweeping digital dossiers on its citizens, including ones who have never been charged with, let alone convicted of, any wrongdoing of any kind. And without much debate or attention of any kind, the amount of monitoring and the scope of the data just keeps growing. Since when was sweeping domestic surveillance and keeping records about innocent Americans ever supposed to be a function of the Federal Government? … This came via this link

It’s only one of many such tales of warning that out elected leaders and their salaried minions ignore in the name of "Security".  Friends, I worked on the fringes of that "protection by collection" world for years.  I can assure you that while you may think unlimited wire tapping, data mining and compilation of every piece of data the Federal government can find on you is adding to your security … it is actually the most dangerous thing that can be imagined for our country’s future.

Far more dangerous than any plot to steal and airliner, build and explode a dirty bomb or any of the imaginary weapons of mass destruction that have lined Dick Cheney’s pockets for years … Hi Carnivore, bet this blog post set some triggers, eh?  Leave a comment, NSA, I’ll get back to you.

Survey Says: yes, by an overwhelming percent

Do you think it is acceptable to spy on a spouse if you feel they have been cheating?  According to a recent large circulation blog poll, more than 86% of people asked that question responded with a resounding yes!

    Here’s the link:

Blog Poll: Spying on a Cheating Spouse

Do you suspect your spouse of cheating? Are you thinking about spying on your spouse to try to confirm your suspicions? There are things you should take into consideration before you begin your quest to find out if your spouse is cheating. First, are you ready for the conflict that will occur when your spouse finds out you have been spying on him/her? You should expect your spouse to be upset, to accuse you of not trusting them and to deny their own actions in favor of trying to make you feel guilty for spying.

Secondly, certain forms of “spying” are illegal. There are state and federal laws that regulate the use of surveillance equipment, recording devices and Internet software. You should become familiar with your state’s laws before you go full steam ahead with any sort of covert spying behavior.

Paying attention to the legal cautions cited, we here at Snoop411 support you in your quest.  See our sponsors in the sidebar for help, and best of luck.

Is Snooping On A Cheating Spouse Really Snooping?

When I first decided to roll out this web site, centered on issues of cheating, spying and downright snooping that now permeates our life, I have to admit I was pretty naive.  I wasn’t prepared for the mountain of traffic and questions there are out there in the on-line world about spouses (and fiance/fiancee) cheating and the efforts of the "other side" in the relationship relationship either catching the erring partner or satisfying their doubts that cheating behavior was not going on.

In just a few days of research I have determined that this is a much bigger issue than I thought it was … so I’ve decided to look for some of the better tools that are available in this field and highlight them for my readers.

There are many online tools that are of value but there’s also a great knowledge gap that has to be overcome first.  You need to know what the warning signs are, what constitutes actual proof, what your rights are (you know in most states spying on another adult, even a spouse, may be illegal … you could get yourself in one heck of a bind if you aren’t careful) and, if some suspicions are confirmed, what your options are.

Here’s a few warning signs to be on the lookout for:

    1. Suspicious cellphone behavior. Perhaps your partner has been hiding their cellphone, or quickly ducking into another room to take phone calls?

    2. Smelling of another person’s perfume or cologne. Noticed this? Or has your partner suddenly started doing their own laundry at strange hours?

    3. Popping out at strange hours. Perhaps working late nights when they didn’t use to? Or going to see some friend that you’ve never heard of?

    4. Their Internet history constantly being deleted and suspicious behavior when checking email and during online chatting.

If you are seeing anything like that in your relationship, my personal advice is to get yourself a copy of How To Catch A Cheating Spouse! and find out what you should do … pronto. The kit is an instant download, contains information I don’t think you can find anywhere else, and carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee … so you can not get ripped off.

Having spent thousands and thousands on a divorce attorney once myself, I can assure you this is a very worthwhile tool that could well pay for itself a thousand times over. Recommended.

    A Sad, Sad Day Indeed

I’m 62 years of age.  I have served my country in government service through several wars and innumerable activities where I was proud to be a memeber of a team dedicated to freedom and the protection of our constitution.  now have seen the most shocking example of the diversion of my beloved country from it’s goals that I have ever seen in all m years, bar none.  I can only echo what my collegaue Alex Eckelberry said here:

Yesterday was a pretty bad day for the Bill of Rights. 68 Senators voted to pass S. 2248, a new law designed to replace the so-called "Protect America Act."

    • It permits the President to spy on Americans without a warrant.
    • It grants retroactive immunity to telecommunications companies that collaborated with the Bush administration in previous warrantless spying, thereby creating an incentive for other companies to engage in similar crimes in the future (only Qwest Communications insisted on warrants).

Not a good day for the Constitution.

I am baffled, confused and disappointed as to what we, as American citizens have done to deserve this lehalized oppression … and I have to say I certainly applaud the lonely, and now futuile efforst of QWest to attempt to uphold our constitution.

To the men and women of our legislatute … for shame.  Most of you are better educated than I and all of you have sworn to uphold the same public trust as I did as a government employee.  How could you fail us so egregiously?

Lawyers Are Catching On — Have You Caught On Yet?

Lawyer seeks text messages, GPS coordinates from night stripper died

    February 11, 2008
    BY BEN SCHMITT
    FREE PRESS STAFF WRITER

A lawyer today said he will seek text messages from every City of Detroit employee sent during a 4-hour window on the night a stripper known as Strawberry was shot dead in the city.

In addition, Norman Yatooma wants global position system coordinates that show the physical location of each of those employees.

Yatooma of Birmingham filed the subpoena to Clinton, Miss.-based Skytel Inc. for the text messages today in Detroit’s U.S. District Court. He is representing Tamara Greene’s 14-year-old son, Jonathan Bond, in a federal lawsuit alleging that police and city officials covered up her April 30, 2003, death…. see the Detroit Free Press article here:

There’s a lot more in the article of interest to anyone concerned with privacy or concerned with pulling the blanket of ‘privacy’ (sometimes used as another name for conspiracy) away from mysterious cases.

There’s’ a big chance attorney Yatooma won’t get all that much in the way of GPS locations … especially in 2003 there were not all that many devices out there equipped and turned on.  But think for a minute how many text messages and pager messages might have flown about from the time the victim was discovered until police had their public relations people out of bed and in place to clamp the ‘on-going investigation’ lid down on top of the affair.

If I were a person interested in seeing justice done I’d certainly applaud this effort.  If I were concerned about who might see me or monitor me in how I did my job?  I’d get rid of my cell phone, Blackberry and/or pager now .. right now … and never carry them again.

When you build a system to spy on yourself, you entail an awesome risk

The title is a pull quote from an entry on the "End Time Prophecy News" which I strongly suggest you read.  Do not form an opinion based on the name of the source … this is not crackpot opinion but a quote from a blue ribbon team currently studying the idiotic and extremely dangerous mess we have spinelessly allowed the current administration to build under the auspices of the NSA (No Such Agency or National security Agency).  In my 38 years with the USAF I worked with the NSA a number of times, many of those times I still can’t mention.  I can say this … the NSA is like any other government agency .. they often get things right but they sometimes get things horribly, horribly wrong … and unlike most agencies they have the cloak of "national security" to hide all their possible misdeeds … as well as their amazingly loose budget behind.

…. By diverting the flow of so much domestic data into a few massive pools, the administration may have "[built] for its opponents something that would be too expensive for them to build for themselves," say the authors: "a system that lets them see the U.S.’s intelligence interests…[and] that might be turned" to exploit conversations and information useful for plotting an attack on the United States….

Let’s assume we did not have this huge ‘spy on ourselves" juggernaut in place.  let’s further suppose that I wanted to do you some injury or misdeed .. perhaps get my hands on on your money.  Since I am not a master criminal nor a spy it would be pretty difficult … and pretty expensive.

But with the mess we have made and continue to allow our loose cannon administration to perpetuate, it becomes much easier .. almost trivially easy if I had my old job back .. or went to work with one of our virtually unsupervised contractors who are the folks who actually run this system.  It’s scary. You know one of the reasons I finally decided to retire?  My security clearance review was already more than 5 years out of date, with no update time in sight, and the prospect of explaining every move I had made, every trip to China the government knew nothing about, every other change in my life that had happened was to daunting to cope with.  Security clearances are so far behind any more that it’s essentially a joke … once vetted, good for life … unless you meet the wrong people.  I no longer felt proud in being a part of the mess.

"Although the NSA has extensive experience in building surveillance systems, that does not mean things cannot go wrong," the authors state. "When you build a system to spy on yourself, you entail an awesome risk."  (The article, slated to appear in an upcoming issue of the journal IEEE Security & Privacy, was written by six experts from Sun Microsystems, Columbia University, Princeton University, the University of Pennsylvania and California-based research giant SRI International.)

If i were you, I’d get on the horn to your Congressman and Senators and tell them why you think this country should be owned by the citizens and not the NSA.

Of course, be very careful what you say and how you say it …..

If you have Adobe Acrobat 7 or 8, make sure it’s updated

from Sunbelt Blog by Sunbelt Software Blog

Our good friends over at iDefense sent us a heads-up on some nastiness occurring with unpatched Adobe Acrobat 7 and 8 versions.
According to their advisory (attached here, PDF):

Since Jan. 20, 2008, banner ads have actively served malicious PDF files that exploit the vulnerability and install the Zonebac Trojan horse. Once installed, the Trojan kills various antivirus products and modifies search results and banner ads. A similar attack occurred in October 2007 when the same group used a Realplayer zero-day exploit to install the Zonebac Trojan.

No anti-virus vendors currently detect the malicious PDF files. This type of exploit can be used in Web browser and email attack vectors. This vulnerability affects Adobe Acrobat Reader v7.x and versions prior to 8.1.2. Complete mitigation requires upgrading to Adobe Acrobat 8.1.2.

    Adobe security advisory link here.
We’ve analyzed the binaries of this attack and it’s real. Updating Acrobat is easy: Just go to Help/Check for Updates. Do it as quickly as possible.
    Alex Eckelberry

I am a regular subscriber of Alan.  I recommend you do the same if you are serious about spyware and other snooping issues.  He’s reported many exploits and problems over the years.  When I first read this one though I was suspicious that it might be a bit over the top.  It’s one thing to distribute real-world malicious files in .PDF’s … but the statement that these also shut down various antivirus products seemed pretty darn powerful.  So I followed the Adobe link.  You should too!

Seems to me I was getting a lot of update notices from Adobe, but apparently that was a false assumption.  My reader was way out of date.  Why take chances, update now!  Thanks, Alan.
